Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Warm filtered water Slightly above room temperature
  • 1/4 teaspoon Himalayan pink salt Fine grain preferred
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh lemon juice Freshly squeezed
  • 1/2 teaspoon Raw honey Optional for flavor and antimicrobial benefit
  • 1 pinch Cayenne pepper Optional for mild metabolism boost

Equipment

  • 1 Glass or mug For drinking
  • 1 Spoon For stirring
  • 1 Small Bowl To dissolve salt (optional)

Method
 

  1. Warm the filtered water until slightly above room temperature do not boil.
  2. Add the pink salt to the water and stir until fully dissolved.

  4. Add honey or cayenne pepper if using, and stir.
