- Add 1 tbsp unflavored gelatin to a small bowl with 2 tbsp cool water. Let sit for 2 minutes to bloom.
- Heat ½ cup of water until warm but not boiling. Pour into the bowl and stir until the gelatin fully dissolves.
- Add fresh lemon juice and any optional ingredients like apple cider vinegar or ground ginger.
- Pour into a mug and drink slowly on an empty stomach, preferably 20–30 minutes before breakfast.
- Optional: For a night version, replace lemon with 1 tsp raw honey and drink before bed.

Start with 1 tsp of gelatin if you're new, then increase to 1 tbsp.
Always use unflavored, grass-fed gelatin, not collagen peptides.
This can also be taken before bed for relaxation and fat-burning support.
