  • 1 tbsp Unflavored gelatin Grass-fed preferred
  • ½ cup Hot water Not boiling
  • ½ Lemon juiced Or 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp Raw honey optional Adds flavor
  • ¼ tsp Cinnamon optional Blood sugar support
  • 1 pinch Pink salt optional Balances electrolytes

Method
 

  1. Add gelatin to hot water in a mug and stir until fully dissolved.
