Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs Sirloin steak or chuck roast Cut into bite-sized cubes
  • 0.5 cup Unsalted butter
  • 4 Garlic cloves Minced
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt To taste
  • Black pepper To taste
  • Fresh parsley Optional for garnish

Equipment

  • 1 Crock Pot 6-quart slow cooker or similar
  • 1 Skillet (optional) For searing steak before slow cooking

Method
 

  1. Cut steak into bite-sized cubes and season generously with salt and pepper.
  2. (Optional) Sear steak in a hot skillet with a bit of oil for 2–3 minutes until browned.
  3. Add steak cubes to the crock pot in an even layer.

  4. Melt butter in a saucepan or microwave. Stir in minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and Italian seasoning.

  5. Pour garlic butter mixture over the steak.

  6. Cover and cook on LOW for 6–7 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
