- Cut steak into bite-sized cubes and season generously with salt and pepper.
- (Optional) Sear steak in a hot skillet with a bit of oil for 2–3 minutes until browned.
- Add steak cubes to the crock pot in an even layer.
- Melt butter in a saucepan or microwave. Stir in minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and Italian seasoning.
- Pour garlic butter mixture over the steak.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 6–7 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.

No need to sear if you’re in a rush, the crock pot will still tenderize the steak beautifully.
Leftovers keep for up to 4 days refrigerated or 3 months frozen.
