- Preheat & Prepare:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
- Mash Bananas:
- In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
- Mix Wet Ingredients:
- Add melted butter, sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, and milk. Whisk until fully combined.
- Combine Dry Ingredients:
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, shredded coconut, baking soda, and salt.
- Fold & Pour:
- Gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined. Do not overmix.
- Bake:
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 50–55 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Cool & Serve:
- Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
