- Heat water until hot but not boiling (about 140–160°F).
- Add gelatin to a mug.
- Pour hot water over the gelatin and stir continuously until fully dissolved.
- Add lemon juice and stir again.
- Add raw honey or magnesium powder if using.
- Sip warm, preferably before bed or in the morning while fasted.
