- Cook the beef: Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned. Drain excess grease and let it cool slightly. 
- Make the sauce: In a small bowl, mix all sauce ingredients until smooth. Chill for 10–15 minutes for best flavor. 
- Prep the fillings: Warm tortillas, slice pickles, dice onions, and shred lettuce. 
- Assemble the wraps: Lay out a tortilla. Add a slice of cheese, a spoonful of beef, lettuce, pickles, onions, and drizzle with sauce. Roll tightly like a burrito. 
- Optional – Toast the wrap: Place seam-side down in a hot skillet and toast for 1–2 minutes per side until golden. 
- Serve: Slice in half and enjoy hot!
