Ingredients
  

  • Main Wraps:
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 4 slices American cheese or cheddar
  • 1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce
  • ½ cup sliced dill pickles
  • ¼ cup finely diced onion
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp olive oil for cooking
  • Big Mac Sauce:
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • tbsp sweet pickle relish
  • 1 tsp ketchup or yellow mustard
  • 1 tsp white vinegar or lemon juice
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder

Method
 

  1. Cook the beef: Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned. Drain excess grease and let it cool slightly.
  2. Make the sauce: In a small bowl, mix all sauce ingredients until smooth. Chill for 10–15 minutes for best flavor.
  3. Prep the fillings: Warm tortillas, slice pickles, dice onions, and shred lettuce.
  4. Assemble the wraps: Lay out a tortilla. Add a slice of cheese, a spoonful of beef, lettuce, pickles, onions, and drizzle with sauce. Roll tightly like a burrito.
  5. Optional – Toast the wrap: Place seam-side down in a hot skillet and toast for 1–2 minutes per side until golden.
  6. Serve: Slice in half and enjoy hot!
