  • ½ tsp Himalayan pink salt Fine grain preferred
  • 8 –12 oz Filtered warm water Not boiling
  • ½ Fresh lemon juice Juice of ½ lemon
  • 1 tsp Apple cider vinegar Optional unfiltered

Method
 

  1. Warm the filtered water slightly, just above room temp.
  2. Stir in the pink Himalayan salt until fully dissolved.
