- Warm 1 cup of filtered water to about 40–50°C.
- Add ¼ teaspoon of finely ground pink salt to the water.
- Stir until the salt fully dissolves, no grainy residue should remain.
- Add 1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice and stir again.
- (Optional) Add raw honey or a pinch of cayenne once the water cools slightly.
- Sip slowly on an empty stomach.
- Wait 15–20 minutes before eating anything.
