  • 1 cup Warm filtered water Around 40–50°C not boiling
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh lemon juice Juice of about half a lemon
  • 0.5 teaspoon Raw honey optional Add when water cools slightly
  • 1 pinch Cayenne pepper optional For thermogenic benefits

Method
 

  1. Warm 1 cup of filtered water to about 40–50°C.
