  • 1 cup Warm filtered water Not boiling just warm
  • ¼ tsp Pink Himalayan salt Fine grain preferred
  • ½ Lemon optional Squeeze for extra detox boost

Method
 

  1. Add ¼ tsp of pink Himalayan salt to a cup of warm filtered water.
