- Add ¼ tsp of pink Himalayan salt to a cup of warm filtered water.
- Stir well until the salt is fully dissolved.
- Optional: Squeeze in juice from half a fresh lemon and stir again.
- Sip slowly on an empty stomach first thing in the morning.
Notes
Use fine Himalayan salt, coarse grains may not dissolve easily.
Do not exceed ¼ tsp per serving unless advised by a professional.
