Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 teaspoon Pink Himalayan Salt Unprocessed fine ground preferred
  • 8 –10 oz Warm Filtered Water Just above room temperature
  • 1/2 Lemon Freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon Apple Cider Vinegar With the mother raw and unfiltered

Equipment

  • 1 Glass or Mason Jar For mixing and drinking
  • 1 Spoon To stir the mixture

Method
 

  1. Warm your filtered water until just above room temperature.
  2. Add the pink Himalayan salt and stir until fully dissolved.
  3. Squeeze the juice from half a lemon into the glass.
  4. Add the apple cider vinegar and give it one final stir.
  5. Drink slowly on an empty stomach, ideally within 30 minutes of waking.

Notes

Always use pink Himalayan salt, not curing salt or iodized table salt. If you're new to apple cider vinegar, start with ½ teaspoon to adjust to taste. Organic lemons and raw ACV yield the best flavor and health impact. Not recommended for those on low-sodium diets or with kidney conditions, consult a doctor.
