Method
 

  1. Place chicken into the crock pot.

  4. Cover and cook on LOW for 6–7 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours.
  5. In the final 30 minutes, whisk cornstarch and cold water together. Stir into crock pot to thicken the sauce.
  6. Shred or slice chicken, return to sauce, and stir to coat.
  7. Serve hot over jasmine rice or noodles. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
