Ingredients
  

  • 1 Ripe mango Peeled and chopped
  • 1 cup Pineapple chunks Fresh or canned drained
  • 1 cup Coconut water Can substitute with coconut milk or sparkling water
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh lime juice Optional for extra brightness
  • 1 –2 teaspoons Honey or agave syrup Optional to sweeten if needed
  • Ice cubes As desired
  • Fresh mint leaves For garnish optional

  • 1 Glasses Chilled for extra refreshment

Method
 

  1. Prepare the Fruits:
  2. Peel and chop the mango into chunks. Cut the pineapple into small bite-sized pieces if using fresh.
  3. Blend:
  4. Add mango, pineapple, coconut water, and optional lime juice into a blender. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
  5. Taste and Adjust:
  6. Taste the blend. If you want extra sweetness, add 1–2 teaspoons of honey or agave syrup and blend again briefly.
  7. Serve Over Ice:
  8. Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the tropical drink over the top.
  9. Garnish:
  10. Top with a sprig of fresh mint for a pop of color and refreshing aroma. Enjoy immediately!

Notes

  • You can easily substitute different tropical fruits like passion fruit, watermelon, or banana.
  • For a creamier version, replace coconut water with coconut milk.
  • Freeze your fruits beforehand for a frostier, slushie-style drink without needing much ice.
