- Trim and cube the steak into 1-inch pieces.
- Optional: Sear steak cubes in a hot skillet for 1–2 minutes per side.
- Add steak to crock pot with garlic, butter, broth, Worcestershire, salt, and pepper.
- Cover and cook on low for 6–8 hours or high for 3–4 hours until tender.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, double the garlic or add herbs like thyme or rosemary.
Searing is optional but adds great depth.
Leftovers reheat best in a hot skillet with a splash of broth.
