Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 lbs Sirloin or chuck steak Cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 3 tbsp Unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1 tsp Salt Adjust to taste
  • 0.5 tsp Black pepper Freshly ground
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 0.25 cup Beef broth Low-sodium preferred

Method
 

  1. Trim and cube the steak into 1-inch pieces.

  2. Optional: Sear steak cubes in a hot skillet for 1–2 minutes per side.
