Ingredients
  

  • 8 –10 oz Cold filtered water Ice cold or chilled
  • ¼ tsp Himalayan pink salt Do not substitute with table salt
  • ½ Lemon Juiced optional
  • 1 tsp Apple cider vinegar Raw unfiltered (optional)

Equipment

  • 1 Glass 8–12 oz capacity recommended
  • 1 Spoon For stirring
  • 1 Measuring Spoon To measure salt/vinegar

Method
 

  1. Pour cold or ice water into a glass.
  2. Add ¼ teaspoon of pink Himalayan salt and stir until dissolved.
  3. Squeeze in the juice from half a lemon (optional).
  4. Add 1 teaspoon of raw apple cider vinegar (optional) and stir again.
  5. Drink immediately, preferably in the morning or 30 minutes before a meal.
