Method
- Pour filtered water into a large glass.
- Add the pink Himalayan salt and lemon juice.
- Stir well until the salt is fully dissolved.
- Drink immediately on an empty stomach.
Notes
Start with 1/2 tsp of pink salt if you're new to it.
For best results, drink it first thing in the morning.
Optional: add apple cider vinegar or cayenne for enhanced effect.
Avoid iodized salt. Always use pink Himalayan salt.
Check with your doctor if you are on a sodium-restricted diet.
