Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 –1 tsp Pink Himalayan salt Non-iodized only
  • 1/2 Lemon Juiced
  • 12 –16 oz Filtered water Warm or room temp

Method
 

  1. Pour filtered water into a large glass.
  2. Add the pink Himalayan salt and lemon juice.
  3. Stir well until the salt is fully dissolved.
  4. Drink immediately on an empty stomach.

Notes

Start with 1/2 tsp of pink salt if you're new to it.
For best results, drink it first thing in the morning.
Optional: add apple cider vinegar or cayenne for enhanced effect.
Avoid iodized salt. Always use pink Himalayan salt.
