Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup warm filtered water Not boiling just warmer than room
  • 0.25 tsp Himalayan pink salt Finely ground
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice Freshly squeezed
  • 0.5 tsp raw honey Optional
  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper Optional

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Warm the filtered water to about 100–120°F.
  2. Add the pink salt and stir until fully dissolved.
  3. Squeeze in the fresh lemon juice and stir.
  4. Add optional honey or cayenne if desired.
  5. Sip slowly on an empty stomach.

Notes

Do not exceed ¼ teaspoon of salt per glass.
Best consumed first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.
