Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 tsp Himalayan pink salt Fine grain for dissolving
  • 1 tbsp Fresh lemon juice Squeezed not bottled
  • 1 tbsp Apple cider vinegar Raw with the mother
  • 8 –12 oz Warm filtered water Not hot comfortably warm

Equipment

  • 1 Glass cup 8–12 oz, heat-safe
  • 1 Teaspoon For measuring salt
  • 1 Tablespoon For lemon & vinegar
  • 1 Stirring Spoon For mixing

Method
 

  1. Warm the filtered water (not boiling).
  2. Stir in pink salt until fully dissolved.
  3. Add fresh lemon juice and raw apple cider vinegar.
  4. Mix thoroughly and sip slowly on an empty stomach.

Notes

Always use raw, unfiltered apple cider vinegar with "the mother" for probiotic benefits.
Use fresh lemon juice, not store-bought concentrate.
Avoid metal utensils if possible, use wood or glass for purity.
