  • 1 cup Warm filtered water Not boiling just warm
  • ¼ tsp Pink Himalayan salt Fine ground preferred
  • ½ Fresh lemon optional For flavor and digestion

Method
 

  1. Add ¼ tsp of pink Himalayan salt to a cup of warm filtered water.
