Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 tsp Himalayan pink salt Fine grain or crushed
  • 1 tbsp Fresh lemon juice Juice of half a lemon
  • 1 tbsp Apple cider vinegar Raw and unfiltered preferred
  • 8 –12 oz Warm water Not boiling just warm

Method
 

  1. Add the pink salt to a glass of warm water.

  2. Stir in the lemon juice and apple cider vinegar.
  3. Mix until the salt is fully dissolved.

Notes

Use raw, unfiltered apple cider vinegar for full enzyme benefits.
Don’t use hot water, heat can destroy vinegar’s active compounds.
