- For the Oven Method 
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). 
- Cook the macaroni according to package directions, drain, and set aside. 
- In a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. 
- Whisk in the milk, eggs, salt, and pepper until smooth. 
- Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until fully melted. 
- Mix the cheese sauce with the cooked pasta and stir well. 
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and top with additional cheese (if desired). 
- Bake for 30 minutes or until the top is golden brown and bubbly. 
- For the Crockpot Method 
- Cook the macaroni and set aside. 
- In the crockpot, combine the milk, eggs, butter, and cheese. 
- Add the cooked macaroni and stir well to coat the pasta. 
- Cover and cook on low for 2-3 hours, stirring occasionally. 
- Serve once the cheese is melted and the mac and cheese is hot and creamy.
