Method
- Squeeze the lemons to extract the juice, and strain it to remove seeds and pulp.
- In a pitcher, mix the lemon juice, agave nectar, and cold water. Stir well until the agave is dissolved.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more agave nectar, if desired.
- Pour into glasses over ice, and serve chilled.
