  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice – freshly squeezed
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar – raw unfiltered with “mother”
  • 8 –10 ounces warm filtered water

Method
 

  1. Measure the Himalayan pink salt, lemon juice, and apple cider vinegar.
