Ingredients
  

  • 1 –2 tablespoons raw apple cider vinegar with “the mother”
  • 1 teaspoon raw honey or stevia/monk fruit for sugar-free
  • 8 ounces coconut water unsweetened
  • 8 ounces filtered water
  • Ice cubes optional
  • Optional: squeeze of lemon or lime pinch of ground ginger
  • Optional:pink salt

Equipment

  • 1 Tall glass or mason jar
  • 1 Spoon for stirring
  • 1 Measuring Spoon Set

Method
 

  1. Pour the apple cider vinegar into a tall glass or mason jar.
  2. Add honey or chosen sweetener.
  3. Stir in coconut water and half of the filtered water until fully mixed.
  4. Top up with remaining water and ice cubes if desired.
  5. Add any optional flavors like lemon or ginger.
  6. Stir well and enjoy immediately.
