Ingredients
  

  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice about half a lemon
  • 1 tablespoon raw apple cider vinegar with “the mother”
  • 1/8 teaspoon pink Himalayan salt
  • 8 –10 oz filtered room-temperature water
  • Optional Add-Ins:
  • Pinch cayenne pepper boosts metabolism
  • 1/2 teaspoon grated ginger or ginger juice supports digestion
  • 1/2 teaspoon raw honey optional sweetness

Method
 

  1. Pour 8–10 oz of filtered water into a glass.
  2. Add the fresh lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, and pink Himalayan salt.
  3. Stir until fully combined.
  4. Add optional cayenne, ginger, or honey if desired.
  5. Drink immediately, ideally 15–30 minutes before meals.
