Ingredients
  

  • 0.5 tsp Himalayan pink salt Fine-grain
  • 0.5 whole Lemon Freshly squeezed
  • 12 oz Filtered water Room temperature or warm
  • 0.25 tsp Fresh ginger optional Grated, adds kick and warmth

Equipment

  • 1 Glass 12 oz or larger
  • 1 Spoon For stirring
  • 1 Knife For cutting lemon

Method
 

  1. Add pink salt to the bottom of a glass.
  2. Squeeze in the lemon juice.
  3. Add the grated ginger if using.
  4. Pour filtered water over the ingredients.
  5. Stir well and drink slowly on an empty stomach.
