- Add 1 cup of filtered water to a glass.
- Stir in 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar.
- Add 1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice.
- Grate 1 teaspoon of fresh ginger and mix it in.
- Stir well and drink immediately, or chill for later.

You can batch prep the drink and store it in a sealed jar for up to 3 days in the fridge.
Drink on an empty stomach in the morning or 15 minutes before meals.
For a smoother taste, add a few mint leaves or a dash of cinnamon.
Always use fresh lemon juice and unfiltered ACV for the best results.
