Ingredients
  

  • 4 Boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup Heavy cream Don’t substitute milk
  • 1/2 cup Grated parmesan cheese Freshly grated preferred
  • 1/2 cup Sun-dried tomatoes Drained and chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Butter Salted preferred
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 4 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon Red pepper flakes Optional to taste
  • Salt and pepper To taste

Equipment

  • 1 Crock Pot 6 to 8-quart capacity works best
  • 1 Skillet Optional, for searing
  • 1 Measuring Cups & Spoons For accurate ingredients

Method
 

  1. Optional: Sear chicken in olive oil and butter in a hot skillet until golden.
  2. Place chicken into the crock pot.
  3. Add garlic, Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and scatter sun-dried tomatoes over chicken.
  5. Top with parmesan cheese.
  6. Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley or basil before serving.
  8. Serve with pasta, rice, or crusty bread.

Notes

  • You can substitute boneless thighs for breasts.
  • Do not cook on high; it may curdle the cream sauce.
  • Add fresh herbs at the end for a flavor lift.
