- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a Madeleine pan. 
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. 
- In another bowl, beat the eggs and sugar until fluffy. Add the melted butter, cream, and vanilla extract, then mix until smooth. 
- Gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined. Be careful not to overmix. 
- Spoon the batter into the Madeleine pan, filling each mold about three-quarters full. 
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted comes out clean. 
- Allow the Madeleines to cool in the pan for a few minutes, then remove them and let them cool completely. 
- Dust with powdered sugar if desired before serving.
