Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp Unflavored gelatin Grass-fed preferred
  • 1/2 cup Lemon juice Freshly squeezed
  • 1/2 tsp Raw honey Or 1/8 tsp stevia for sugar-free
  • 1/2 cup Hot water Not boiling

Equipment

  • 1 Small saucepan To dissolve the gelatin
  • 1 Whisk For blending ingredients

Method
 

  1. Bloom gelatin by mixing it with lemon juice in a bowl and let it sit for 1–2 minutes.
  2. Add hot water and whisk until gelatin is completely dissolved.
  3. Stir in raw honey or stevia until well combined.
  4. Pour mixture into a dish or mold.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until fully set.
  6. Serve chilled. Store leftovers in fridge for up to 4 days.
