- Heat 1 cup of filtered water to about 175°F (just before boiling).
- In a mug, whisk matcha powder with 2 tbsp of warm water until smooth.
- Add grated ginger, apple cider vinegar, pink salt, and raw honey (if using).
- Stir in the rest of the warm water.
- Let the mixture sit for 2 minutes to settle.
- Sip slowly on an empty stomach before breakfast.

Adjust matcha quantity if sensitive to caffeine.
Use only pink Himalayan salt, table salt is not a substitute.
You can replace honey with lemon juice if preferred.
For a caffeine-free version, substitute matcha with chamomile tea.
