Ingredients
  

  • 1 tsp Matcha powder High-quality unsweetened
  • ½ tsp Fresh ginger Finely grated
  • 1 tbsp Apple cider vinegar Raw unfiltered
  • 1 pinch Pink Himalayan salt Not table salt
  • 1 tsp Raw honey optional Optional for sweetness
  • 1 cup Filtered warm water Heated to ~175°F

Equipment

  • 1 Mug For serving the drink
  • 1 Whisk/Fork To mix matcha smoothly
  • 1 Kettle To heat water to 175°F
  • 1 Grater For fresh ginger

Method
 

  1. Heat 1 cup of filtered water to about 175°F (just before boiling).
  2. In a mug, whisk matcha powder with 2 tbsp of warm water until smooth.

  3. Add grated ginger, apple cider vinegar, pink salt, and raw honey (if using).

  4. Stir in the rest of the warm water.

  5. Let the mixture sit for 2 minutes to settle.
