Ingredients
  

  • 1 tsp green tea loose leaf or 1 tea bag
  • 1 cup filtered water heat to 160°F–180°F
  • – – lemon slice optional for taste
  • – – raw honey optional for sweetness
  • – – fresh mint optional for garnish

Equipment

  • 1 Kettle For heating water
  • 1 Teacup Any ceramic or glass
  • 1 tea infuser Optional if using loose tea

Method
 

  1. Heat water to 160°F–180°F (just below boiling).
  2. Add tea bag or loose leaves to cup or infuser.
  3. Pour hot water over tea and steep for 2–3 minutes.
  4. Remove bag or strain leaves.
  5. For iced version: double the tea, steep as above, let cool, and pour over ice.
  6. Optional: Add lemon, honey, or mint to taste.
