  • 1 cup Cottage cheese Small curd full-fat preferred
  • — — Everything bagel seasoning Or any seasoning of your choice

  • 1 Spoon or Cookie Scoop For portioning the cheese

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Use a spoon or cookie scoop to place small dollops of cottage cheese onto the sheet. Leave space between each.
  3. Flatten slightly with the back of a spoon if needed.
  4. Sprinkle with your chosen seasoning (like everything bagel seasoning).
  5. Bake for 25–30 minutes or until golden brown and crispy around the edges.
  6. Let them cool completely on a rack, they’ll crisp up even more as they cool.
  7. Serve and enjoy, or store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
