- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 
- Use a spoon or cookie scoop to place small dollops of cottage cheese onto the sheet. Leave space between each. 
- Flatten slightly with the back of a spoon if needed. 
- Sprinkle with your chosen seasoning (like everything bagel seasoning). 
- Bake for 25–30 minutes or until golden brown and crispy around the edges. 
- Let them cool completely on a rack, they’ll crisp up even more as they cool. 
- Serve and enjoy, or store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
