  • 1 tbsp Apple cider vinegar Raw unfiltered, with “the mother”
  • 0.5 Lemon juiced Fresh juice only
  • 0.5 tsp Grated fresh ginger Or use a pinch of ground ginger
  • 0.125 tsp Himalayan pink salt Use fine grain for easier mixing
  • 1 tsp Raw honey optional Optional, for sweetness
  • 1 dash Cinnamon optional Optional, Ceylon preferred

Method
 

  1. Add warm (not hot) water to a glass.
