Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Heavy cream Must be cold
  • 1 can Sweetened condensed milk 14 oz size
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract Or any preferred flavor
  • 1 pinch Salt Optional enhances sweetness
  • Optional add-ins Chocolate chips fruit, cookie crumbles

Method
 

  1. Whip the heavy cream in a mixing bowl until soft peaks form using a hand mixer.
  2. In a separate bowl, stir together the sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and salt.
  3. Gently fold the whipped cream into the condensed milk mixture using a spatula.
  4. Stir in any desired add-ins such as chocolate chips or berries.
  5. Pour the mixture into a loaf pan or airtight container.
  6. Cover and freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight.
  7. Let sit at room temperature for 5 minutes before scooping and serving.
