- Add 1/4 teaspoon of Himalayan pink salt to a clean glass.
- Squeeze in the juice from half a fresh lemon.
- Pour in 1 teaspoon of raw apple cider vinegar.
- Add 8 oz of warm filtered water.
- Stir well and drink immediately on an empty stomach.
Notes
Drink this first thing in the morning for best results.
