Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 tsp Himalayan pink salt Food-grade fine grain
  • 1/2 lemon Lemon juiced Fresh, preferably organic
  • 1 tsp Apple cider vinegar With "mother"
  • 8 oz Warm filtered water Not boiling

Equipment

  • 1 Glass For mixing and drinking
  • 1 Spoon For stirring ingredients
  • 1 Citrus juicer Optional – for lemon juice extraction

Method
 

  1. Add 1/4 teaspoon of Himalayan pink salt to a clean glass.
  2. Squeeze in the juice from half a fresh lemon.
  3. Pour in 1 teaspoon of raw apple cider vinegar.
  4. Add 8 oz of warm filtered water.
  5. Stir well and drink immediately on an empty stomach.

Notes

Drink this first thing in the morning for best results.
Do not exceed one serving per day unless medically cleared.
Ideal for reducing water weight, bloating, and supporting gut health.
Always use food-grade Himalayan pink salt, not bath or curing salt.
