Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp Fresh grated ginger or ½ tsp powdered
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice from ½ lemon
  • 1 tsp Raw honey or ACV optional substitute
  • 1 cup Warm water not boiling

Equipment

  • 1 Mug – for mixing
  • 1 Grater – to grate fresh ginger
  • 1 Kettle – to boil water
  • 1 Spoon for stirring

Method
 

  1. Boil water and let it cool slightly for 2–3 minutes.
  2. Grate fresh ginger into a mug.
  3. Add lemon juice and honey (or apple cider vinegar).
  4. Pour warm water over the ingredients and stir well.
  5. Let steep for 1–2 minutes, then sip slowly.
