  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice or ACV Fresh or raw apple cider
  • 1 cup Warm Water or Green Tea Not boiling
  • pinch – Cinnamon or Ginger Optional for taste

  • 1 Teaspoon For measuring gelatin
  • 1 Spoon For stirring
  • 1 Kettle For heating water

Method
 

  1. Heat the water or tea until warm but not boiling.
  2. Add the gelatin and stir until fully dissolved.
  3. Mix in lemon juice or apple cider vinegar.
