- Cut steak into bite-sized cubes and season with salt and pepper.
- (Optional) Sear steak in a hot skillet until browned for extra flavor.
- Place steak bites in an even layer in the crock pot.
- Melt butter and mix with garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and Italian seasoning.
- Pour garlic butter mixture over steak in crock pot.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 6–7 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
