- Add pink salt to your glass.
- Pour in warm filtered water and stir well.
- Add fresh lemon juice and optional apple cider vinegar.
- Stir thoroughly until fully dissolved.
- Drink slowly on an empty stomach within 30 minutes of waking.
Notes
Always use real Himalayan pink salt, not table salt.
Best consumed first thing in the morning.
Not intended for those with sodium restrictions.
Adjust lemon and vinegar to taste.
