  • 1 tbsp Apple cider vinegar With the mother
  • 0.5 Lemon Juiced about 1 tbsp
  • 1 tsp Fresh ginger Grated
  • 1 pinch Pink Himalayan salt
  • 8 –10 oz Filtered water Warm or room temperature

  • 1 – Glass jar or shaker bottle
  • 1 Spoon or stirrer
  • 1 Knife (for lemon)
  • 1 – Grater or zester (for ginger)

Method
 

  1. Add lemon juice and apple cider vinegar to a glass jar.
