Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs Chuck roast Cut into 1.5" cubes
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil Optional for searing
  • 4 tbsp Butter Sliced
  • 4 Garlic cloves Minced
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 0.5 cup Beef broth Low sodium
  • 1 tsp Salt Adjust to taste
  • 0.5 tsp Black pepper
  • 0.5 tsp Smoked paprika Optional but flavorful
  • 0.5 tsp Onion powder

Equipment

  • 1 Crock Pot 6-quart or similar size
  • 1 Skillet For optional searing
  • 1 Cutting Board For prepping the beef
  • 1 Sharp knife Use to cube the chuck roast

Method
 

  1. Optional: Sear steak bites in olive oil in a hot skillet for 2–3 minutes for extra flavor.
  2. Add steak cubes to crock-pot.

  3. Top with butter slices, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and beef broth.
  4. Sprinkle salt, pepper, paprika, and onion powder over the meat.
  5. Stir gently to coat the meat with sauce and seasonings.
  6. Cover and cook on LOW for 6–7 hours or HIGH for 3½–4 hours.

Notes

Chuck roast is the most tender and flavorful for this crock-pot steak bites recipe.
