Method
- Cut steak into bite-sized cubes and season with salt and pepper.
- (Optional) Sear the steak cubes in a hot skillet with a touch of oil until browned on all sides.
- Place the steak in your crock pot.
- In a bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and Italian seasoning.
- Pour the butter mixture over the steak bites.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 6–7 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
Notes
For extra richness, stir in a splash of cream at the end.
Steak bites can be frozen for up to 3 months.
Reheat gently with added broth or butter to retain moisture.
