Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs Sirloin or chuck roast Cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 0.5 cup Unsalted butter Melted
  • 4 Garlic cloves Minced
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt & black pepper To taste
  • Fresh parsley Optional for garnish

Equipment

  • 1 Crock Pot 4–6 qt, oval or round
  • 1 Skillet (optional) For searing steak bites
  • 1 Mixing Bowl To prepare garlic butter

Method
 

  1. Cut steak into bite-sized cubes and season with salt and pepper.

  2. (Optional) Sear the steak cubes in a hot skillet with a touch of oil until browned on all sides.

  3. Place the steak in your crock pot.
  4. In a bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and Italian seasoning.
  5. Pour the butter mixture over the steak bites.
  6. Cover and cook on LOW for 6–7 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours.

Notes

For extra richness, stir in a splash of cream at the end.
Steak bites can be frozen for up to 3 months.
Reheat gently with added broth or butter to retain moisture.
