Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs Sirloin or chuck steak Cut into bite-size pieces
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil For searing optional
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • — — Fresh parsley Chopped for garnish

  • 1 Crock Pot 4–6 quart recommended
  • 1 Skillet For optional searing

Method
 

  1. Sear steak bites in hot oil until browned on all sides (optional but recommended).

  3. Melt butter and stir in garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and seasonings.

  4. Pour garlic butter mixture over the steak bites.
  5. Cover and cook on LOW for 6–7 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours until tender.
  6. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
