- Place chicken, broth, marinara, and seasonings in the crock pot.
- Cook on LOW for 6–7 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours.
- Shred the chicken with two forks inside the crock pot.
- Stir in heavy cream and parmesan.
- If using pasta, add now and cook for another 20–30 minutes.
- Taste and adjust seasoning.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh herbs.

- Freeze the base (chicken, broth, marinara, cream) without pasta for best texture.
- Reheat gently and add extra broth if thickened.
- Easily customizable with spinach, rice, or gluten-free pasta.
