Method
- Shuck the corn and rinse each ear clean.
- Optional: Wrap each cob in foil with 1 tbsp butter, salt, and any desired seasonings.
- Place wrapped or unwrapped corn in the crock pot.
- If unwrapped, add ¼ cup water or broth to the bottom of the pot.
- Cover and cook on low for 4–5 hours or high for 2.5–3 hours.
- Serve warm with extra butter and fresh herbs if desired.
Notes
- For a creamy version, add ¼ cup of cream or milk with butter directly into the pot.
- You can prep this recipe the night before, wrap the corn, and store it in the fridge until ready to cook.
