- Place chicken fingers in the crock pot.
- In a bowl, whisk BBQ sauce, brown sugar, soy sauce, garlic powder, and hot sauce (if using).
- Pour sauce over the chicken and toss to coat evenly.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 4–5 hours or HIGH for 2.5 hours.
- Optional: Remove lid during last 20–30 minutes to thicken sauce.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and scallions before serving.
Notes
Swap BBQ for honey garlic or buffalo for variety.
