Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 lbs Chicken tenders Fresh or fully thawed
  • 0.75 cup BBQ sauce Or use honey garlic sauce
  • 2 tbsp Brown sugar Adds sweetness and depth
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce Enhances umami flavor
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp Hot sauce optional For heat
  • Sesame seeds scallions For garnish

Method
 

  1. Place chicken fingers in the crock pot.

  2. In a bowl, whisk BBQ sauce, brown sugar, soy sauce, garlic powder, and hot sauce (if using).
  3. Pour sauce over the chicken and toss to coat evenly.

  4. Cover and cook on LOW for 4–5 hours or HIGH for 2.5 hours.
  5. Optional: Remove lid during last 20–30 minutes to thicken sauce.

Notes

Swap BBQ for honey garlic or buffalo for variety.
