Method

  3. Prepare wet ingredients: In another bowl, lightly whisk egg whites until frothy. Stir in milk, vanilla extract, and melted butter.
  4. Combine: Gradually add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients, whisking until a smooth, thin batter forms.
  5. Spread batter thinly: Use an offset spatula to spread the batter into ⅛-inch-thick circles on the baking sheet.
  6. Bake: Place in the oven and bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the edges turn golden brown.
  7. Cool & serve: Let the wafers cool completely on a wire rack before serving.
