- Prepare the chicken: Start by flattening the chicken breasts to an even thickness for consistent cooking. Use a meat mallet or rolling pin to pound the chicken to about ½ inch thick. 
- Bread the chicken: In a shallow bowl, mix flour, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. In another bowl, beat the eggs. In a third bowl, combine panko breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese. Coat each chicken breast first in the flour mixture, then dip in the beaten eggs, and finally coat in the breadcrumb mixture. 
- Fry the chicken: Heat ½ inch of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once the oil is hot (350°F), carefully add the breaded chicken to the pan. Fry for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy. 
- Rest and serve: Remove the chicken from the skillet and place it on a wire rack to rest for 5 minutes. Serve with your favorite Alfredo sauce.
