Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs Boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 oz Ranch seasoning packet Or homemade mix
  • 8 oz Cream cheese Cubed room temperature
  • 0.5 cup Chicken broth Low-sodium preferred
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese Sharp or mild

Method
 

  1. Place chicken breasts in the crock pot.
  2. Sprinkle ranch seasoning evenly over the chicken.
  3. Add cream cheese cubes on top and pour in chicken broth.
  4. Cover and cook on LOW for 6–7 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours.
  5. Shred the chicken directly in the crock pot using two forks.
  6. Stir in shredded cheddar until creamy and combined.
  7. Let cook uncovered for 10–15 minutes to thicken the sauce.
  8. Garnish with green onions and serve warm.
